We went there to buy an air conditioner. The staff was very helpful and guided us to buy the best. Also, offered us a good deal although the new year is over. Highly recommend this place.

Good place for household items and the service is very good
Visited there yesterday to clarify about the receipt. The security guard threats people so bad. His words were so aggressive questioning about what did we come to buy and why did we visit the show room. He had 0 respect towards us and didn't let us to go out from showroom demanding for a reason to visit. I had to raise my voice and call out to the manager of showroom to teach him some manners. The manager told "security is been like this for a while now since it's pandemic time" which made zero sense. It's the most terrible experience I had ever been in a showroom. Ignore visiting this showroom.

Such a poor service. bought a washing machine, not even a single day it didn't work. Even they come and checked even they couldn't find what wat was the problem about. Finally we ask them to change in to different one then they ask us to pay more 5K. That's Riddiclous!! Last 2 weeks we are still waiting for the refund what we paid. Never ever recommend the Abans for anyone. Horrible experience
