Office staff has no clue on customer service and professional behavior. When i got there, they were fighting among themselves about something. I ordered a right side rail and got a left side instead and had to go there again to return. I seriously doubt ill purchase anything from them again.

just like Traditional Goverment office. workers are good but the work like old computer machine with 512MB RAM. extremely the don't have intention to do works faster way. I went to cut and programme my Car key. they said that whole process take only 40 minutes But i have to waste my time from 11Am to 5.30Pm but they were unable to finished that. I really disappointed about customer service. ..
