Updated 19/8/20 I found few customers who has issues with this place as i checked my case again even they claim that they replace my VGA card they never done so but only heated the chip and cheated me as did replace the card when i questioned about the old card they claimed it was sent to apple it is BS. Look my pictures attached this guy clearly a day light robbery ............................. They may be great for regular laptops but for my imac 27" one star as they couldn't fix the issue even after 2 years, they did replaced the VGA card and didn't work then I had to take it back again and done some tweaks and seems like it was ok but after i brought to office it worked for 20mts then start reboots plus machine heats up Even they claims how good they are for APPLE same results and looks like for major repairs they are not the right people. NOT for apple At last after i spent lot of money and time i have to threw this to junkyard really frustrated also no parking available it is just roadside parking available in front of the shop for 2 cars but always no room

I have got the laptop battery replaced through them earlier which is working fine since & recently I gave the laptop for repair due to a fan related issue. Even though I had approved a fan replacement I was pleasantly surprised when after a service it was found to be working again. Therefore they charged me a lesser amount than the estimate & additionally they had also replaced the broken hinge on my laptop :-) I find their service to be top notch including their communication & processes which are very orderly.
Excellent and fast service, I had to buy a battery replacement for my laptop. Good communication from selecting the laptop till delivery which only took less than a day. Highly recommend for laptop repairs
Price estimation differed a lot from what I had to pay. They said around 8000 rupee which I thought that's still high but in was in a hurry so I say it's fine. But after came home they send the actual price I had to pay which is 1200 rupee. So after they loured me to drop the laptop i get a 50% price increse by e-mail. If I change my mind.. 2000 rupee fee. Had no time to go around Colombo and find another so I said ok. Does any of this is fare? In other words popular sometimes is the opposite of good. Let's see if the fix will hold at lest.

Laptop repair and mainly accessories prices are not value for money and it's bit high compared to some other suppliers with same warranty and service level. You better to check with others as well before confirming to repair with them.
