This was the first time we have hired a cleaning service and my family couldn't be more pleased! Thanks to Shoaib and three star's team's hard work and attention to detail , it was very easy! They were very courteous and professional in the performance of their duties from windows to floor cleaning and sofa cleaning! Do not be afraid to call them. You deserve it!! And the cost was VERY reasonable!!! Invest in your home!!! Highly recommended .

I am so happy that a company that provide this kind of service is being handled by a group of professionals. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs to get their cleaning done. the level of professionalism in Sri Lanka is lacking in most service oriented businesses but these guys take it to another level. I would give them 5 stars for service despite their name stating otherwise.
Got our sofa Shampoo’d by the amazing folks at ThreeStar a couple of weeks back. The team hands down did a splendid job with such attention to detail to bring back its brand spanking new look. I sent several rugs for cleaning. When they came back three were still damp. Some kind of fragrance had been sprayed to take away the damp smell. A cushion I sent for dry cleaning was also damp. Furthermore contrary to their pictorial claim about items coming out clean after they have cleaned them, two of the rugs still had dirt marks on them. At first they said there is no pick up and delivery charge. Then they tried to charge me LKR 1000 for delivery but I sent my own tuk guy to collect the rugs. Unfortunately I am unable to post photos of my rugs alongside this post. It is shocking how they have done the cleaning!!. The odour from the rugs is so bad it feels like they have washed them in drain water. I had to sanitise the area of my house where the rugs were because i dont know what conditions they were kept in. This place also appears to be a fly by night unprofessional operation run from two houses. There were no signboards, nothing. I paid LKR 5500 for the cleaning for nothing! Money gone down the drain . This place is a misleading rip off!!! Please be careful with your items and money!!! Best not to give them your business!! I am writing this post in the interests of the consumer.
The Quality of cleaning is excellent .they are dependable .got my house deep cleaned and sofa shampooed now they look good as new .I recommend Threestar to my friends because I know they will be happy with thier work
