My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day. The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. I have also recommended this company to friends and colleagues.

I went in on a Wednesday nervous that I would have to buy a new laptop. My MacBook wasn't turning on and I needed it for work so I could work remotely. Tyler greeted me and quickly spotted the problem. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming here for any future repairs.
I needed a new touch-screen and hinge replacement on my laptop. The technicians at isuru Computers were always in communication with me about the status of the repair. Even though the parts ordered did not initially fit my laptop, they ordered another set of parts. Even though it took 6 weeks to repair my computer, I did not need to pay extra for parts or labor. Great service and constant communication from them!
