Courier Samarasinghe Hewage Nuwan Buddhika, Delivery partner LK-DEX was the one who delivered my parcel. He was totally HARSH on me. The way he talked is really disappointing. He was really angry with me because he couldn't find the way. Really bad at customer service. I even called the branch to complain this. I think they are also in the same boat. The number is not working.

I was totally disappointed with this service. I had to travel nearly 16 km to get my parcel . When I called the person who was taking my parcel , he said he cannot deliver it to my place. He asked me to come to Elpitiya town and take it. I paid almost 900 rupees for the delivery. I never reccommend this service to anyone again.
