Military harbour. Not friendly at all for sailboats. Passport control at the gate and constantly checking from the harbour authority could drive one mental. Feels like in prison, agent should be involved in every action you want to do on the boat as buy service parts or have a visitors. Music in loudspeaker every morning was the last drop of patience. Don't recommend Sri Lanka for sailboats too much bureaucracy to much control.

Relatively small harbour but it is very beautiful with sunset and sunrise. As Sri Lanka other government organisations, should be improved operation system in the harbour.
