They don't deserve a one star review either! Worst ever service a bank could offer. My mother lost her passbook and we had to visit the branch for more than 5 times to get a new pass book. Everyday they have one more reason not to issue a passbook. One day requesting a one letter, next day the format of the submitted letter is wrong and it goes on and on.. Staff is so committed not to provide service to people, but to give a new reason to come back to the branch on another day with some other documentation. They should have told the documentation, their formats, the correct procedure at once to make things easier. It seems like they also don't know what they are doing. Once all the documentation is submitted correctly, then they spot the 'Signature' difference. Then have to visit again and place the signature like 50 f***g times on a paper for them to confirm. Hell of a service and I told my mother that I'll not drive you to this bank again in my life time, and she also said never again to this bank!!

Most time wasting staff working here
One day we rang the branch and a lady just said hello and cut the call. Then again rang then a lady answered in unprofessional manner like no greeting or any telephone ethics. Then talked to the manager but he also the same and was in a big hurry. Yes we know they are busy in the bank but where's the customer service ? where's the quality of the service? How the people's bank maintain the good customer service? The marketing department has too many efforts to show their colours but the bank client service still in the same position. Their customer service more suitable for the 20th century. Only the marketing tools work as icing on the top of the cake but they have covered a bread instead of a cake.
If you have account on this branch, ASAP change it to another branch.. Otherwise you may not able to do your job on-time. Never ever request a loan from this branch.. at least it will take 2 to 3 months to proceed.
They provide very good service. Friendly.
