Place is good .I got a fried rice that is not soo good. Owners lives in upstairs and their children are around. Small nice place.

Clean little cozy place that serves fresh food prepared then and there. You will have to wait a bit for the food to be served but its worth the wait. Their rice and curry is the best with a big piece of meat. Reasonably priced. Will come back again for sure.

Yummy and affordable local Sri Lankan fare. We had the Punto Special curry Chicken and prawn. Overall a good meal! Much cheaper than other restaurants.

Certainly the best food and most affordable prices for quality in Galle. Don't miss it if you are in fort area

The place looked very nice and clean. We ordered chicken fried rice Rs. 600 per portion per person. Don’t think we got half of what is usually served in a restaurant. The portion size was extra small; for that price. It had the quality of a home cooked meal which is completely okay. Not planning to go back.

This place was suggested by a local family who reside in the heart of Dutch Fort, so naturally expected the service to be warm and friendly. However the belief was soon broken when I encountered a very rude staff (middle aged man) who was more concerned towards serving European guests! At 7.30, the staff said that they already had 2 reservations for 8 o'clock and hence couldn't serve dinner. Immediately left the place due to such racial treatment and later passed by it, at 8.15 to see empty tables and barely 3 full ones. After seeing the food pictures, no wonder this place wants to cater to Europeans (who may have a very little sense of the local cuisine), as they serve totally low quality food which has small serving sizes and does complete injustice to the price paid.

Come here if you want a cheap meal, but expect the quality to reflect the price. Pretty average fish and vegetables but the rotti were very good. Service was quick and polite.
