I had private surfing lesson at this school. it was great experience. The lesson was 2 !!! hours long. I feel that time like a surfer! Very friendly staff. They all speaking English well. Explanations during the lesson are clear and useful. Hands up for Saf - he is really pro and understands how to teach to surf.
Top notch surfing instruction by Saf whose experience really shows in the technical tips/corrections given during the lesson, his patience when you fall off the board and excitement when you finally manage to ride a wave. The overall hospitality of the team was 5/5 and sole female traveler friendly (which i really appreciate). Definitely going back for more classes and for that beautifully presented crispy chicken burger.
This place only recently opened. We had an amazing dinner here of fresh grilled fish and avocado salad at a candle lit table in the sand. It was magical. The staff here is very friendly. One of the best dinners we had in Sri Lanka.
Best surfing lessons in Galle area. The price is affordable, only 12 dollars for 2 hours lesson. Good waves for beginners, well maintained area. This place is hidden pearl in Galle area. Definitely visit this beach and surf school!
This restaurant is located on the Beach in famous Surf Beach of Devata in Galle. It's actually 2 minutes drive away from the World Heritage Site of Galle Fortifications. This beautiful place offers you the magnificent views of the glorious Indian ocean & the stunning Roomassala Mountain where The Japanese Peace Pagoda is located. This restaurant has dual access from both beach & the Galle - Colombo main road. It is only 3 minutes drive away from Highway exit of Galle. The main road entrance is around the corner of the tattoo shop or the sea fair super market. Just ask for ' Three Monkeys Restaurant'! This is owned by a very famous Surfer in Sri Lanka, Mr.Ansaf who has featured in famous travel magazines around the World. First things first! I have visited this exequite place with my wife & two daughters. We have ordered two Crispy Chicken with home made Sweet Potatoes Wedges , One Vegetarian Risotto , Three Chocolate Rotties & a few drinks. Food was absolutely scrumptious!!! Risotto was Stunning! That was the BEST Risotto I have ever tasted!!!! This is the Best Vegan Food I have ever tasted! All food were very fresh & mouth watering! My kids had a great time down the beach all the time. This is a Surfing Beach , so it is pretty safe for children. We all had a wonderful time! The service was Superb! They were really nice people with very gracious service.I will never forget them.Jun,Aska, Ashwak , Kareem have helped us a lot. We had the chance to meet the owner, Mr.Ansaf & his Loving wife Anna from Austria! They were really cool! Highly Recommend this Gem of a Place!!!!
Nice place, good tuna. A little bit long, but very good taste) and decorations are great, as the scene to the water from the highest floor of the restaurant
