Their system used to be a good one. No harassing recordings and very convenient and prompt service were there. Even clients was able to book their appointments without wasting their time. But now, all the system were converted into automated and unwanted and unnecessary recordings were there, not only that clients had to wait more than 15 min to listen their useless recording until someone being answered to the phone. ! .....

I channeled a speech therapist via e channeling, I asked the receptionist for the receipt, she was not capable of understanding what was my request, she has put another appointment instead, I had to check if my mobile bill was credited twice because of her mistake, even after asking from several people they were unable of providing a channel chit for 40min. They didn’t write an appointment number there, have to wait for another hour or so for that, utter waste of time of patients, never ever go there, this is a horrible place, very poor administration and very poor skills in handling customers. We have to buy a mask for our 5 year old child and their pharmacy issued a 150/- bill for that!!! Awful service yet expensive

Doctors are getting delayed all the time. Sometimes we have to wait hours after the appointment time passed. Inexperienced nurses in OPD. My father got cellulitis and the wound get worsened after treatments made from OPD nurses. They tied the bandage so hard and blood supply to the latter part of the leg weakened, and ultimately his leg was swelled. When father informed them about that, they take it as simple and didn't even care.

Situated in front of the commercial bank. This private hospital's charges are high when comparing with other hospitals. Nurses are not that friendly.

Do not Recommended this Hospital.There is only big building.Poor service always. Hospital mention 24 hours service. But no any staff in lab as 5.30am .staff sleep well. You cant get proper report from Sethma.Bcz They do not collect blood sample on time. most of the times system proble.no staff ,therefore sample collection delay.

I was admitted to this hospital recently for my wife's first childbirth. By the time we got there, all the previous plans had changed without us even knowing it. The way we were greeted by the officers in front of it caused me and my wife great displeasure. There is no hot water for patients in its rooms. There was no electricity for 6 hours. So this hospital was able to make it a bittersweet experience for my wife and even the newborn. The doctors are very good. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone. It has so much displeased me. The amount paid is high but it cannot get value here.
