Good property. 3 star resort. Food is very costly but Service is good. Best part is you get 24 by 7 Pool Access. Bit far from main city. 2 to 3 Km from the main city. Very close to sea. Rooms doesn't have Television. Wifi is also not as good. One can plan 1 day stay in this property, but only for 1 day.

The place was lovely..from inside looks. The rooms are clean and calm. Close to a nice beach with clear waters. Pool is also good for a drink. Food is so tasty. We loved staying. Manager Hasitha is really good. Room boy and the lady who served us was really friendly. Provided everything we needed. You alwayscan customize your stay although you booked from a booking website.
Only thing I liked here was the view. Place was not clean. Watch out for scammers.
Stayed there for one night. They have a bar and pool and also a kitchen so you can always get what you want. The food prices are reasonable though the bite portions are quite small, I'd recommend their kottu which was pretty tasty as well. The pool is not that big but just enough for around 6 people. The staff was very friendly and efficient, catered all the needs effectively. The bedrooms come with good air conditioning though the bathrooms were not the cleanest and quite frankly had a bad odor to it. It has a great view over the ocean. The pictures of the shown in maps are quite old the place is way older than its shown and it's not well maintained, giving it mostly a run down look to it so its not the fanciest place you can find for it's price point. Though the freedom at the place, great staff, great view and other minor benefits make up to most of the negatives about the place. Overall had a nice experience for a reasonable price (it's not the cheapest place around, if you are looking for something cheap).
Good budget hotel. Have enough parking space. Food is good. Swimming pool is fair. Not much good or bad. Deep is around 5.5ft. Rooms are clean. Washrooms are spacious and clean. Room is bit darker at night. But its ok. A/C rooms are good enough comparing to other budget hotels. Can easily access from colombo - galle main road
