It's the very best rural market place next to Hikkaduwa. Nice bech, historical Buddhist temples and wonderful people are there. And best accommodation point to all type travelers.

Kumarakanda is having a wonderful vast spread beautiful beach area, Buddhist temple which you must visit also on other side you can find a beautiful river. I can recomend this area for your vacation.
