Not a good place to work. They might hire you as a management trainee but you are not given the chances to improve as u wish. And you are not promoted to assistant manager after the period but as a junior executive. Therefore pls be careful if you are going for an interview in this place. PS - The review is based on the experiences I had few months before and now they might have improved the situation in the workplace.
