The place is little bit crowded. You have to wait in a long que if you want to credit/debit your money. They have only one counter opened most of the time and thats the issue.

Bank was full of staff. About 30 customers in the queue. Only one counter was there. Bank has no regards for our time. Supposed to be #one Bank in Srilanka..???
