USELESS SERVICE They will never answer phone calls, I wanted to contact there office at Ja ela, (because our home router was not working) We called over 12 times and they never answers the phone. Actually (Dialog and Lankabell) are 10 times better than SLT (atleast they answers the phone and customer friendly support). If you buy a SLT connection they will provide you, The best slow speed Worthless service Useless support Unfriendly customer Service Don't waste your money better to choose another service provider, like Dialog and Lankabell. Actually they will provide a good service because I've used them for some time This the personal experience with SLT.
No parking available for customers. Even bikers were not allowed. Only one cashier was available and luckily there were very few of customers were waiting. Place was gloomy and the air conditioners were either turned off or out of order. Must be a very awkward place at busy times.
