Great service, clean and comfortable accommodation. Staffs are friendly. The service they offered was top notch. Foods are very tasty authentic Jaffna taste. Rooms are neat and spacious. Their food prices are very reasonable. No hidden charges. Car park available.

Comparably very good hotel. Very helpful and good staff to assist guests. Specially Thresh and Rose are very good. Rooms are Airconditioned and very clean also bathrooms have hot water showers. Prices are reasonable and conveniently located at KKS Road and short distance to town. Parking also available.

Great city hotel in Jaffna with very reasonable price. Really good service. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are very clean. Cars, three wheels and motor bikes are available to rent in this hotel for reasonable price. There is a big restaurant in the hotel and food also very tasty. But not available many food options. Recommend for others.
Definitely staying there on my next visit. Thank you for making our stay memorable, Kumaran, Kowthini, Maran, Rose and the Chef. Was home away from home.

Our stay at ASR was like home away from home. Centrally located with easy access to the markets, places of interest etc , What made our stay memorable was the professionalism and the genuine concern and hospitality of the staff. Rose, the lady at the reception is super efficient. Maran and Kumanan went beyond their call of duty to organise things whenever requested. I would give an A* for hospitality, A for cleanliness. Their curries and the local dishes are excellent, but need to improve on their nasi goreng and biryani
Excellent hotel: This is a new hotel and will really surprise you. The rooms are large, clean and have a lot of space. The beds are very comfortable. The toilets are very modern and clean. The service here was first class, they catered to all our needs quickly. The staff go out of their way to help out. The rooms have cable and a vast range of channels. I would definitely stay here again.
