Very Very Poor Appointment System. Waste of time of waitng.

Waste of time and money. We went to one of the famous doctor and he suggested for some of the tests where some of them need another doctor's (who is administrating the hospital) consultation to do it. That another doctor asked us to ward in the hospital to take those tests while that doctor already taken my mother under her consultations and cancelled our usual doctor's consultation. It took four days and no any improvements in their treatment it put my mother into worser condition than it before. They said the medicines were overdosed so they changed the medications and finally when we discharged they gave more than the pervious medications even though there is no improvement in her pain. after all the tests and scans available in this hospital has done that doctor said my mother has no any problems in her body but she is exaggerating minute pains. No time management, they said they will discharge at 5 o'clock after we seriously wanted my mother to be discharged but it took 8.30 p.m to finalise our bills and reports.
Very bad condition in wash room. Can't enter. Public toilet is better than this. Pl pay more concentration on it. It is very essential.

Patient rooms are really awful and the washrooms are even worse and poorly planned.
Worst Customer care. Consulted a VOG Dr last week and she requested to take some reports and show her. When called hospital yesterday and the staff asked to come at 5:15 where only 5 patients have booked. She never requested to make a booking over the phone, I also didn't ask usually even largest private hospitals don't require booking to show report. Surprisingly now, they wanted to pay for a channeling just to show reports to Dr and given last number. When inquired she responded irresponsibly " I didn't speak to you yesterday, it wa some one else, we can't do anything now". She didn't even get a supervisor. Told to go to ground floor and meet PRO. Such a irresponsible behavior. Also, they don't offer parking facilities for patients. Road side parking also very limited.
The services and care is good. The place is very clean, hygienicand good looking.
