The worst business entity I have ever experienced in Sri Lanka. On 18th of this month (18.11.2020) I called and requested for a wi-fi connection for our home. After a few hours, the person to whom I spoke came and took the payment (for the connection, router and wiring) and disappeared. Till now I have not got the connection yet. Whenever I call him, he either responds with negligence or does-not pick up the call at all. Its really sad to say such irresponsible illiterate employees are working at SLT Telecom, Jaffna.
