Very bad customer services Need to wait for more than 2 or 3 hours All so need new branch like kalmunai or sainthamaruthu area for customers Over crowded and require more staff in order reduce waiting times

It's getting too late to solve the Issues. Waiting too much time.. tired
Actual opening hours are different than specified by official website and even the board on the same branch. Saturday at 1.30 pm already the notice displayed as closed on the door.
