They are very helpful for any queries over the phone. Best is to clarify over the phone before visiting. Even if you do go there, staff is very helpful in guiding us through the process and in answering any queries we have even if they are mundane. They do observe all precautions relates to covid. I've had only one interaction with this office and it has been very positive so far.

With the introduction of RAMIS the manual operations will come to a minimal . For regular tax payers remote access via internet will make things easier
