The customer service at the Dehiwella (at the bend of Bellanthara road) branch is atrocious. The branch manager Sharmain should not be allowed to handle customers. She is very curt and has no people skills. After selling me light bulbs that didn’t fit the chandelier I bought from her she made it very difficult for me to exchange them for bulbs that did fit and to get a refund for the remaining money. I will not be buying anything further from this shop.
This has a very crapy service... when you buy something they will support but when you need maintanace or components they will act like they never sold that product... after sales service is sucks..
