Customer service of the staff is really good but the security lady treats customers in very poor manner.... So it ruins the entire perception of British Council... Better if she also train on what is called as CUSTOMER SERVICE

Alright please avoid this! I’m a native english speaker. Ight so these people are scammers plus there commutation system is so bad...it’s utter bs. ONCE AGAIN AVOID AND DO NOT GO HERE!

I remember getting a membership at the Library, almost 10 years back, when I was merely 13 years of age. Since then, British Council has had the best library I've visited up-to date. I still remember the English class we had there, and how they had the DVD's in display. The bean-bag cushions, and the long hours I spent in silence, with so many others like myself. I'm so glad that it still is there, and hope it'll last for many generations more.
