It is great place to relax. Great location, tasty foods, and friendly staff. I stayed here two days. They served excellent service even in this pandemic situation. They follow all safety regulations. This place is safe place to enjoy your holidays.

The hotel has got an amazing view! The rooms are really nice, spacious and cozy offering a nice view. The staff is very courteous, from check in till check out we felt welcomed by them. their drinks are really nice with the happy hours offers during the night. They have great number of facilities, and the swing by the river is the perfect view one could ask. Breakfast already is decent, good enough options and very good taste. Loved it during the entire stay. Would love to stay again.
They said they have opened the hotel after a year. The experience was normal and didn’t feel any difference. Service is great. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Situated like 5kms away from heart of Kandy beside the Mahaweli river which is the longest river in Sri Lanka. Easy access from several roads and has adequate vehicle parking inside the hotel. Rooms are very clean, neat and tidy. Attentive pleasant staff always try to give their maximum effort to make our stay memorable. Although the variations are limited the food was awesome. Kid enjoyed very much. Plan to visit again. Highly recommended!!!
Such a lovely place. Was quiet and calm. Rooms were clean,spacious and comfortable . Staff were friendly. Food was amazing. The location is picturesque. I highly recommend.
Cinnamon Citadel is a hotel located in spectacular environment beside the Mahaweli River, Sri Lanka. Easy to visit temple of Tooth Relic, Udawatta Sanctuary, Kandy View Point & Royal Botanic Gardens in Kandy. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean & comfy. Yet, the TV was not in good condition & the technician took long to troubleshoot. Food spread differ according to the guest count. Had a quality time at Cinnamon Citadel, Kandy. Recommended.! ️

An excellent giant in hospitality. Keeping up the good Cinnamon name in Kandy as well. The service, food and staff were all great. They followed all the safety protocols when it came to every part of the hotel, which made us feel at ease. There was a variety of food at every meal, and it was all buffet. There was ample parking as well. Unfortunately the pool was out of bounds to the guests at the tim of thise review, which of course was a safety regulation, but still quite a bummer. The rooms were very comfortable, fitted with hot water and air conditioned comfort. Quite a relaxing and comfortable stay, and I enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended
