Showroom and items are really good. But not enough sales staff. Also not talking to customers. Should improve sales staff behaviours as showroom condition.
Here is my experience with Damro. I purchased an office chair worth 30,000LKR about a year ago and it’s tilting got malfunctioned. As it was within the warranty period I checked with them and they collected the chair from my house. Here is the annoying part. After a month and few reminders from me, the finally delivered my chair. When I checked the chair while the delivery person was there and the issue was still there. Believe it or not they haven’t even checked the chair. So I called Kandy office and explained the situation. They said millions of reasons to justify that this state of the chair is normal. I didn’t accept it and finally they agreed and took the chair to do the repair in another service center. Now it’s two months and I still don’t have my chair and they don’t have the courtesy to call me and give and update. I don’t recommend Damro due to their poor after sales services.

There are lot of electrical items can be found in this showroom...Friendly staff... Good environment... Customers can choose by their own as per their wish... A
