Do not allow them to replace your radiator with another one. They havent idea about cooling capacity of radiators. This place is good for clean your radiators but not for replace your radiator.

I have been to many places from franchises to smaller home-run garages to repair issues in cars and this is the place that takes the award of the **most irresponsible service, ever**. So many irresponsible acts when repairing my radiator issue: 1. Damaged the paint because no protection covers were used while disassembling. 2. Fitted a new radiator that already had a leak (newly bought coolant just drained out because they haven't checked the new radiator before fixing it, and I had to bare the costs). I wasn't around so they've collected some of the drained coolant to a tray that they usually collect oil during services and refilled the system with the collected coolant. This will cause problems in the long run. 3. They haven't fixed the radiator horses properly before a test run. While the test run, a radiator horse got detached and drained out all the coolant, leading to a gasket failure. Also, the owner would confidently assure you to drive the vehicle after they've done something with it, but, never trust what this guy has to say. He even asked me to continue about a 100km journey when I called him and said the heat is going up after he fixed the new radiator! Encounters like that had me question myself about the technical abilities of the owner. When you get experiences like this, you'd just wish if our country had a law to sue a professional for their negligence of services. The reason why people have to go to this place is because there aren't many other people that bring radiators to Kandy and this guy is like the sole distributor of radiators. If anyone is looking for a new business opportunity, here's one. Avoid this place.

This is the worst place i have ever seen. Irresponsible. Don’t go to this place. They messed up everything. If you wanna change the radiator from them then be ready to replace the engine ,tyre ,etc. They just consume your time and money. Utterly disgusting and freaking disappointing.
