Only reason i am giving one star is because they accepted our vehicle at late night. If not they don't deserve even one star. Service is very bad. Does not have the facilities and equipments to diagnose a vehicle issue. They don't know anything about Ssangyong vehicles. Kept our vehicle for 3 days and still we couldn't get our vehicle started. Very disappointed. I had to take the vehicle to a different place within 4 hours the issue was identified and fixed and i was able to get back to Colombo.
Customer lounge is okay, but their is only normal TV channels are not clear so very boring to stay. Customer service not bad.
