Small hotel located 1.2 km from temple of the tooth. Good value for money, clean rooms, excellent friendly staff and amazing view from rooftop restaurant. Close to udawatte kale forest.

A really calm and quiet place if you want to relax yourself from the busy life. I had my room at the top most floor and the scenery of sunset was breath-taking. Rooms were clean and the food was excellent. Takes around 10-15 minutes walk to the Kandy lake. Since the Udawatte Sanctuary is close to the hotel, you can witness frequent monkey visits. BEWARE IF YOU TRY TO FEED THEM! WiFi connection was poor in the bedroom. Had to use it in the restaurant. There's not much parking space if you are travelling with more vehicles.
We went only for eating at the hotel restaurant: Red Flying Fox. The view was beautiful, and food was really really good compared to what we previously experienced. The hotel infrastructure seemed neat and clean too. I would recommend it to low to middle budget travellers.
Peaceful hotel with views over the hills. We were super happy with our choice to stay here, mostly because of the great location. Kandy is a busy city and this place is just far enough from it all, on a hill. It takes a 15 minutes walk to the center - half of which is through pedestrian area, by the lake - so actually, a pretty nice walk. The staff is professional and helpful. Rooms are clean. We could only get a budget room, but it was perfect. There are common terrace areas on each floor. After trying the diner & breakfast once, we decided to eat in town instead.
Spend two nights in this very beautiful place. It's located on a hillside, has a rooftop restaurant with an awesome view. Breakfast was delicious and the staff has been very kind to us. Especially Ajith has been very sincere and helpful. Will always remember this place when I think about Kandy :)
Beautiful place out of the busy city centre, but still perfect on walking distance. We stayed at 14 th April. Staff is very friendly. Specially remember Manager and that waiter .(cannot remember names) very friendly. And made delicious food items. Restaurant is very good. We love that foods. The room was nice and very quiet place. No TV. It's very good. The staff are polite and provide good service. That day we enjoyed meals. I thank for chief cook and all restaurant staff. And monkeys . We saw lot of monkeys. Nature walk resort is very beautiful place. It s like green cottage. No big sounds, no TV sounds. And I also like monkey' s sound. Good place. Specially thank for restaurant staff. Excellent. And we ll hope to come again.
