You should learn to pay more attention to the customers rather than be minding your own business. The parcels are not your play things to throw around, they are important to the people posting them and should be handled with care. Also having a temperature gun lying on the table won't achieve anything. Do use it, and be more responsible.

Very supportive manager Mr Dilip and friendly staff and they assist in item wrapping and packaging as well. I visit here every week and my parcels are delivered within thr next day highly recommend.

I handed them a parcle to be delivered on the next day mentioning it was really urgent . And the person there contacted their head office people and confirmed that it will be delivered exactly the next day. But it turns out they took two days to deliver that parcle. ( I handed them the parcle on friday and asked them 3 times whether it will be delivered on saturday and they confirmed so but the parcle delieverd on monday) when i tried to contact the kandy branch and the headoffice no one answered the phone. Very poor service. Even the delivery person droped the line when i tried to contact him. So please dont trust these guys. Very very bad customer service .
Very poor customer care it takes 3days a letter to diliver to colombo from kandy .trying to contact the head office to complain the phones are not answering very unpofetional staff in kandy office dont use this service at all
