Worst experience ever.. I have purchased an office table year ago on hire-purchase scheme. Payments also done regularly. After 7-8 months the table got damaged and losing balance of the main frame. 2 months back the table got broken and what I found was the board which is used for is easily breakable. I personally visited the staff and made my complain on last October and they said that they will send a team member withing a week. But two months passed and no one came. Every time I ask about the repair or replace, they are avoiding making excuses saying that repair team is busy or not present at the moment. Please think twice before buying anything from them.
Sales man was polite and efficient
For plus points , it seems that the prices are reasonable and lower than of other furniture stores . For minus points , the showroom needs to be well organized in a customer friendly manner.
