Found through Google maps and called them and they said they do have family delux room which can accommodate 5 persons. Rs 3,000.00 for normal rooms and Rs.4,000.00 for Air conditioned rooms. This was during new year season,the next day when I called they said all the rooms are booked and only Rs.5,000.00 rooms are available which was a quite surprising.However I booked 2 family rooms. Once we arrived they didn't well come us at all and one person came and took us to see the rooms,even he wasn't sure , doubtfully he showed us 2 rooms which are quite small and can accommodate max 2 persons. Then I show him the photographs which he shared via WhatsApp and he took us towards those rooms and said those rooms are 6,000.00 per each.we were helpless and finally decided to take the rooms even though the room prices are doubled I am not recommending to any one. So many mosquitoes are there and nets are full of dust. Have only one fan which run barely.

Average, communication and flexibility is there . Off season room rate was around 2500/ with discount for 4 people. Fan was there. No much mosquitoes. breakfast rate 130/ per person for stringhoppers and dhal cury, onion curry. Tea 80/ per person. Need much improvement in bath rooms,and kitchen and dining place shold be bit clean and equipped. And shold have a extra sheet, towel in addition to bed sheet without separately requesting for them.

Nice room & economic price.. But we ordered the tea.. It was like water.. And they charged for each tea 100 rs... I will recommend this place for rooms.. But not for foods.. Careful guys

Good place to stay in katharagama area. Friendly staff and have kitchen but condition is not mach of good but reasonable to price of the place. Easy to find because it in front of the 3rd km post Towards Kataragama to Sellakataragama. Housekeeper can speak English also good condition at bathrooms and bedroom also

very very bad location we are not recommending others because when we checking late they rent our rooms to others. not considering our advance . do not book this small house so many nice places in that area

Revolting place. We were forcefully overcharged, smelly, mouldy rooms, go to any of the other hotels in the area.

Great value for money. Rooms were clean, ample space in the room. Rooms are available with / without air-conditioning and hot water. They guy managing the place is friendly. He can arrange yala safari Jeep if you need.
