Good service. But have to improve some facilities
The place is clean compared to other motels around but there is always room for improvement. I like to see stain free pillow cases next time. Plenty of parking space and the restaurant food was good. Nothing to complain about. Good air-conditioning.
The rooms were clean & good. Ane the hotel management was also nice. But not recommending their food for anyone. It is a nice place to stay when comparing with other places in Katharagama except their meals.

If you are planning a blissful holiday in Katharagama, Visaka hotel is the place to be with spacious clean bedrooms with friendly staff. Staff is very helpful if you are planning for a right religious activities at the holy lands. Their scrumptious buffet meals are home made type with no oil and msg free. I would recommend this hotel with your family and loved ones. Don't forget to try their Chineese menu from their dedicated Restaurant at their premises.
Very poor response, the service is also very poor. The person who answered the phone has no concern to the customer and not helpful at all, property looks good but the customer services provided are very low and poor in quality
