Otellro mobile is good with customer cooperation. But really bad with mobile phone repairs. I have them a mobile phone which I hard reset while on low batter for repair. They took more than 2 weeks and still couldn't repair it. It is okay if it is not repairable. But they didn't even give me a solution like replacing the motherboard at least. Within those 2 weeks when I was asking about the progress, the technician told me that he has to replace a certain IC and check and he already replaced that IC couple times, but didn't work and only cost them money. But at the time when I was collecting the my mobile phone, he told me that it is not about replacing an IC in the motherboard, but something about a software box. And technician was rude when I was asking about the details. You don't have to lie to your customers, assuming that they do not understand technical things. If they do not understand they will let you know. You should be honest in your work.
