The customer service is very poor in the kiribathgoda Saveena new branch (branch 2). The lady incharge (tall, dark lady) treats customers very rudely. I have come here many times and this happens all the time. The whole staff doesnt show any respect towards the customers. This place really sucks. Hope url take action as this is not an opinion of a single person, but an opinion of many who have visited this place.
