I and my family members (wife and my son) have been here in this hotel to complete our 7 day quarantine period from 03rd April 2021 to 10th April 2021. Unfortunately today is our departing date :( We got a triple room with all the facilities. Room was excellent. Hotel provided us good quality food on time and did not expect a standard like that. A very friendly/polite staff and they always tried to check whether our requirements were fulfilled. A special thanks to the person who controlled/provided the services for 4th floor rooms. No hesitation at all for the cost that we had to spend, during the hotel quarantine period. Staff at Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort: Thanks a lot!

Stayed there for 2 weeks with 2 others for a mandatory quarantine. Shamal helped us to book a good room with a view. Rooms are spacious and service was good. They provided with everything we wanted for the stay. Since no one was allowed in the room we got cleaning stuffs as well. And the staff and the army were helpful. Food was ok for a quarantine stay. Not 5 star standard though. Only the air conditioner in the room was weird. It get very cold during the day and the cold goes down during the night. Tried to call the reception and reset the setting, but it didn’t fix the issue. Other than that the stay was pleasant. Especially with the sea view. Wanna try them on a normal day.

Currently I am here for quarantine, really great staff’s. Awesome what a good service, I need to mentioned here one front desk staff her name is Dilusha wow she is really extra milestone.
