I was going to buy a bouquet directly from the Mt. Lavinia branch but the stall was closed. I went to the Nawala branch instead and the staff assisted me in every way they could. I was in a hurry on the way to a graduation ceremony and Lassana Flora really came through. All the ladies in the Nawala branch put in 200% effort into my order and prepared it in a matter of minutes. The bouquet was beautiful and it made my sister's day. Thank you so much!

Friendly customer service. You can order via online and pick up in this outlet. They have fresh flowers and creative ideas. They also provide deliver service. Few parking slots available. Keep up the good works.

Got a nicely done bouquet. Efficient service. But the guy at the cash counter was not botherd at all about helping the customer to leave the place. Very clearly he said moving the blocking vehicles is a customer's problem.
Lassana flora you made my parents soo happy on their anniversary,we had ordered a chocolates bouquet that looked so beautiful and just as on the website,the customer care was extremely satisfying and kept a close followup on the order.A very trustworthy online shop.
Their customer service doesn't deserve even 1 star! Requested flowers 3 days before the arrangement. We agreed on the boutique and the evening before the delivery they told me that the boutique cannot be done and delivered! No alternative was given, nothing! Just not possible. They left me with no options as it was too late already to order from the other place! Never trust this company with any of the occasions!
VERY POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL service. Ordered and PAID yesterday for an Awurudu collection items and promised to deliver the order today (12/04/2021). But didnt get my order today. When telephoned @ night to inquire about my order, could not give the proper answer. Finally placed a complaint. Hope LASSANA FLORA management will send a response. Was really in a hurry to get the payment. What I understood is, they take customers money but not care about customers need. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
Mr. Timothy at the Nawala Branch is amazing. He coordinated the order and was very helpful. He and the Lassana Flora team delivered exceptional service. Their customer interaction was spot on.
