Cool Lanka int sells ACs but dose not provide any service and warranty they stated in contract. While we are going to court - do not buy anything from this company, or at least don't expect any service. We bought 5 AC, 1 went broken and requires replacement parts, all ACs requires 3 service maintenances. 40 days of promises and phone ping pong with managers, director and field engineer.
Worst place to buy ac. They do not answer phones when its time to service. When they send people to service most of the time they are under qualified .used to be a better place.
Been a customer with you all for the last two years and the two units work perfectly fine with your service team attending for the services on time. (Within 3 days of requesting) I highly recommend Cool Lanka International to anyone who is looking for quality, long lasting items and attentive after sales services. And expect the same services on the two Air conditioners I just purchased. Thank you for the Management and Services teams at cool lanka.

Dont ever buy any AC from this place....they only answer the phone when u need to buy an Ac ...after that they will never send anyone for maintenance or any repair or answer the phone. Useless place
Excellent customer service. I called them with an urgency. They came in swiftly and did an amazing job . I must say, I have used many different companies in the past but they all have let me down. Hence this review after 1 year of being with cool Lanka. Kudos
Terrible products and service, never buy from them. Two days after installing my AC got an error code, tech didn't answer phone and nobody tried to resolve it. They promised 3 free services at the purchase now it's been 6 months and no one showed up for any. They deserve zero stars, inferior products and it's a scam.
