It’s sad that you guys don’t provide satisfactory aftercare as you mentioned when we purchased refurbished shock absorbers. There is a noise coming from left front end just after installing those refurbished ones. I can feel a grinding vibration over the left front top mount of shock absorbers when turning the steering wheel. When I revisited, you guys said that noise is definitely not related to new shocks and check with mechanic. I went. The mechanic said it’s due to bad left top mount. Again I revisited your Nawinna branch. They didn’t even bother to check what’s wrong with it and asked to come back after one week. Now it’s all locked down and I have to live with grinding noise everyday. Very poor attitude. I don’t recommend getting fixed ur any vehicle part from these dealers.
