One of the worst government office..it took several months to give our new water connection after doing all the payments and it was also given after giving so many phone calls and at the end informing the manager too. When giving the connection,valves were fixed upside down by those workers.Other thing they didn't answer the phone too..have to dial several times or several days to get them to phone.There are also frequent water interruptions and they are mostly done without prior notice to the public.at least two repairs within a month..these days water(more than one month so far) is coming at a very law pressure and sometimes no water at all for the whole day..when inqiring from 1939,they say it's due to a failure in one main line and so law water pressure is normal.but as cosumers that's not what we expect..that's their duty to recover those faults at their earliest and provide a good service to the consumers because we dont expect to just pay bills without getting water properly.

One of the worst government offices. I request a water meter shifting 3 months ago, submitted two request forms, still they did not give me the quotation. The subject officer (Ms. Lekha) says the file is missing. Very difficult to contact over the phone, and when connected after 2-3 hour effort, the subject officer is gone for lunch or not at the seat. Felt so disappointed with the way these government officers behave.
This is the place where water is supplied to maharagama area, This place can paying water bills, request new water connection
Never answer calls or when they do answer rudely as if they operate for free.
