Service is not much good
Recently renovated branch that provides all banking services. Staff seems to have improved with regards to their level of service, however they need further improvement to reach to the level of private sector banks. Their ATM booth is equipped with the latest machinery and is operational 24/7.
Worst bank in sri Lanka and don't even deserve a one star. Loan officers answer for delay is "he is busy with legal cases and he cannot handle our problems". Pathetic lot and seriously re consider decision of investing money in people's bank. They dont work in a way to justify the name of so called "People's Bank". Treat people like strays.
Worst Peoples Bank Branch and Worst Bank Manager. Ridiculous Staff. Do not open a account here !
