About a year ago I got proper customer service from the manager and also from the staff members. That was for small low value item. Recently I went there to purchase bunch of high value items. I think staff has changed. I requested an mid aged lady officer to help me on prices. She was far busy with her stuff. She asked me whether I'm invoicing now. I said I need to check pricing first. I was waiting a while and finally asked her whether she do it or not. She said she'll do it IF she finished with her stuff. Pathetic customer service.

Pleasant service
I have walked everywhere to find good tiles for my construction in two consecutive years. Only from Rocel I could find satisfied collection. Maharagama branch was the best place with good stuff
Was very quick in taking my money for products which were not available at the time and promised to give the product within a week. It has been a month now and not even a call. The construction of my house has come to a stand still, I have wasted much time and money because of your bad customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.
I brought this closed couple closet 5 years ago. after 2 years small crack appeared on tank & it enhance very slowly. after years I complained to Manager Maharagama. She ask me only a Photograph . Few weeks later they fixed new tank. Thanks for your great service.
