Excellent show room to select your tiles as it's not that busy. Above and beyond customer service by the store manager Thilina. Had issues with the delivery dates, but Thilina got me my deliveries on time. The entire staff members are very friendly. I am very happy with the services I received. Thank you Rocell Malabe

Most of the Rocell tiles are ceramic tiles come from China are mostly porcelain. The difference between porcelain and ceramic is that ceramic is a more porous material than porcelain and it will discolour, damage and crack faster than porcelain. You should always go for porcelain tiles if you want durability.

Worst customer service ever. They just want to get the sale finalized. Even without goods in stores. After getting their money they do not care about supplying the order. It's been more than a month after I bought to wash closets. They told seat cover not there after taking money from me only.
