Their service is at its worst. They were very unprofessional and do not care about the customer at all. The receptionist is acting in a very rude manner

Worst place ever to deliver your packages. I had to deliver a laptop from Matara to Kottawa Yesterday, (31st December 2020) , they said that it is enough to package in a laptop bag no box needed. They also said one of their employee will come to the pickup location to pick the package. In the evening one of them called from 1KM away from the pickup location and said to bring the package to him and he didn't come to the pickup location. Today, they asked for us to bring the package to Matara Branch. After we brought the package they said, laptop need to be inside a box with protection. They also have no packaging facilities either. Today I am going from Kottawa to Matara, bring my laptop on my own. What a country we live. Even a simple thing has no solution. Specialy branches in Matara. And the Head office is saying one thing and Matara branch is saying another thing. Never ever put your time on this useless place. And they are not responsive. I called few times to their call center and hardly they response. My phone calls also costed more than 200Rs. Most of the time line is busy. Matara Branch is always unresponsive. No one answered the phone. I wasted, Time, Money.

There's no 0 star option button for Ranking this company. Communication level of this manager 0. I registered my business for courier service with this company and I had deposit the amount of LKR.10000. As I was fed-up with thier service I wanted to disconnect thier service. As per branch manager I did the final settlement with them to get my LKR.10000 return and it got delay for more than 40 days. Manager was creating different kind of stories everyday and never replied me as he promised. He gave the contacts of finance department as he couldn't handle his customers believe it or not same story there as well. The best part of the story is I recieved only LKR.7675 when I asked from the manager why he have no clue and he never get back to me as he promised. I called to the head office again and they said the amount reduced for cash handling charges which I never received any invoice until now. For my point of view it's steeling money professional way. Think twice if you want to invest your money with them. PS: COD payment you won't receive on time just FYI.
