Sri Lanka Telecom recently merged their business with Sri Lanka Telecom - Mobitel. So, there's no separate place for Mobitel, it's in SLT premises front. Bill payments can be done with machines without holding in a queue. Customer service is good.

SLT matara is branch of SLT which service Telecommunication in wired. Semi Government organisation. Because of that, we can't get good effective service.
Worst customer service regional office. I have request the fiber upgrade before more than 45 days via a sales person visited to our premises. And cable layered to our location before 3 days. The internet and phone line activated before two days. But still peo tv is not activated and not working.. Call many times to hotline 1212 and complaint about the problem. They never response for our complaint. Complaint is still open and waiting for attend by regional office, more than two days. Still no response. I Call regional office many times and they never pickup the phone. If they pickup, they ask the connection number only and no solution given by them. This is not the first time this happen to me and not only for the adsl and fiber line. But also 4g connection.
So bad. they never answer a phone call. never recommend . :(
its a good place we can pay our internet bills and get new connection ,get fiber connection
