i am always using their service station to service my vehicles and they are offering a great service and have a friendly team and they do their job well
Not organised the vehicle entering .. i have waited 15m to fill the fuel. Pump operators not enough to handle the crowd .
Customer service not effective. Delay in operations.

Enough and more space is available for the fuel pumps. But they don't have enough staff to operate them efficiently. Customers have to wait more time for their opportunity. Need to assign a separate pump for three wheelers and motor bikes. Or need to arrange someone to handle them on side of the fuel shed. Washrooms are not in a convenient place for the customers. Washroom cleanness is also not in satisfactory levels. Good place but need to improve the quality of the service.
Pump operators do favour for their friends, do not consider about the queue. No point of taking about it and waiting at the queue.
Want manage their pump order is found easy.
