Quaint n very different this place will give you a very rare relaxed feel of home...no noise from the nearby beach....the room is large(junior suit) n very minimalistic...no tv...(and unexpectedly) no phone!Enough bedsn chairs provided ...The staff is cheerful n very friendly n helpful.... limited food menu...the pool and bar are small but adequate ....if you intend to go whale watching Raja and the whales n a few others are a five minute walk away so we could sleep in a bit more...food n drink places are a 5 min walk away on stunning beaches ...the room was very clean n the bed basic but comfortable, towels need upgrading, the a.c. looked new but worked it spurts maybe needs an over haul ...bathroom was very clean, bath tub quaint n felt a little unsafe with out hand rails...water pressure n hot water was good...toiletries provided.....really enjoyed the evening bird calls audible clearly as there was no tv sound burying nature...

Additional The day after the hotel management gave us another room what was an upgrade and very nice. They told us that they will renovate the room what we good earlier. The team was very friendly and supporting. First comment Just arrived...The entrance and the pool area looks great. But the room we got is fully mouldy. Have a look to the pics. Asked for another room no response... Let's see
200m from the beach. Very welcoming staff and accommodating when we came back around 1.30 to check up after our whale hunting trip.

Very friendly and helpful owner lady and staff. We enjoyed our stay in the standard double room. Not a perfect 5 as there were some occasional power and water outages, which might be a common occurrence across all hotels in Mirissa
Rooms spacious (don't take standard one though) and hosts are amazing. Few things to improve but overall we truly enjoyed our stay here
Very low standard hotel and esspecialy the bathroom and toilet give very bad impreśion
