Raw Chicken Tandoori. I'm going to spend the next few days hoping I don't get sick... I was really craving some good Tandoori food but unfortunately I ended up here and got a raw deal. The vegetable sides were good, very small in size, the bread was delicious. Perhaps I caught them on an off day but still, about 1/4 of my chicken was raw and I may suffer from this... I should have realized when I was the only person in the place. If you go, you may want to avoid the Chicken Tandoori, the flavor was only 3 stars but why go to a Tandoori restaurant then, right?

Best Indian meal I had so far. Much better as any Indian restaurant back at home in Germany. Very nice people are running this place. We went there twice for dinner and everybody loved the taste. Simply amazing! If they say spicy it's really spicy!

Sorry guys but you have not any knowledge about Indian food. I have three years experience in Sri Lanka, and I was running restaurants as well, quality and amount of food is definitely not average to be a Restaurant instead of a simple tourist trap... hope you’ll take my review as a wish! Good luck and work hard, location is great, don’t waste the chance!

Had very high expectations for this place after eating at their Arugam Bay restaurant quite a few times. Unfortunately, this place was a real disappointment. The food was OK and nothing more, and it doesn't seem like they actually have a working Tandoori. We came in twice expecting to try the Chicken Tandoori, but it was not available for different reasons on both occasions. The Nan bread is just a plain chapati. If you are looking for an OK Indian place then I guess that this place would be a good fit.

Lovely local joint.. Not fancy but great tasting food and good value for money. Would highly recommend a meal there.
