The Moratuwa Railway station is one of busy and main railway station of Matara and Beliatta shoreline. It's near the Moratuwa Public Bus station. ticketing officer is very friendly and smiley mood and fast working in his job.out side and inside seating facilities are available and covered area also available to protect from bad wether situations. Baggage storage room is available. Commercial Bank ATM facility is available at tleft side of the entrance. I have given a 4 stars, Because, Vehicle Parking lots are not enough spaces to park more than three or four vehicles. the toilets are very untidy and railway canteen is closed.

Busy railway station in costal line. One of the major station in costal line. And lot of passengers are travelling daily. But we can' t satisfy about facilities

Nest to moratuwa bus stand , can take buses galle road, maharagama , piliyandala, moratumulla, old road, ambalanduwa, from galle road u can reach buses till maharagama, elpitiya, matugama, etc

This rail way station one of the major stations in southern coastal line. Many trains stopped here. The place will little bit busy at morning and evenig time. I think this place must be renovated and facilities should be increased
