They do come and pickup the laundry. I gave them curtains to dry clean and the have washed and dried them which caused the curtains to be shorter. And apparently the agree with you on a price and then they said we have washed and dried because dry cleaning is expensive! It was a good thing that I called them and asked for the price before they deliver.
