Over the last 30years I have been buying vehicles from US Car Sales. Vehicles they import and sell are top of the range. I have no hesitation in recommending this place.
One of the worst car sail. They haven't provided my Jaic sertificate as well as extra key. Their US guaranty and their free service also frode.

Very Bad.... All are suger coated, brilliantly illuminated. But All are look like met an accident low Grade. Untill take money they accompanying us to sweet dream. They promise to give all certificate,auction sheet with the file. Finally they give the warranty book with lot of clauses. All are made for them not for customer oriented. Then they are starting to earn via service the vehicle under their warranty centre. they bind us with them foever showing us Warranty. But not doing service correctly. Lot of neglegents. Not having sound knowledge. Misleading us every time. Go for them if need to worry or need have waste money...lot of Cort cases you will give evedence. Check..! how many car buyers have not taken their duplicate key. Who are having lease thinking key is with leasing company but after settle the lease can see that they are having only latter that saying "key has not given by the car seller" after making inquiry from car sale; 1st day getting detail; telling the key need to be re-programmed. then passing ball to other. Finally no body responds on the phone. We dont know why some people are giving higher rate to them, feel that most of them are agent of them. I ask anybody whish to buy a car from them to have a surprise visit to theit warranty center at Hill's street mount Lavinia, then you can get clear picture in your own way. Raj.
